Summary: More than just how to write a statement
Comment: An ideal guide for the probationer/student constable building significantly on early statement training inputs. A clear and invaluable MG sries guide is included at the back of the book and some MG5 (Short descriptive note) examples. There are 72+ pages of statment examples which are useful as a guide for your own and there are some very useful hints and tips. My first statement after buying this book was commented on as "Excellent statement mate" by a colleague - top stuff. This is pocket sized too so can go with you at all times. A good tiolet read and a guide when needed, I also recommend "points to prove" to go with it! NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE SIXTH EDITION OF BOTH - THEY ARE PURPLE AND GREEN RESPCTIVELY - Both available on amazon with a bit of searching.
