Summary: The best book in the internaional contractual obligations
Comment: This is a very excellent book published by Dr Ebrahimi and I would recommend any lawyer and commercial business man who want to reveiw and study the detialed status of mandatory rules, public policy, evasion of law and generally party autonomy and freedom of contract as well as the law applicaple to the Rome convention 1980. I would also recommend this book to be studied by private international lawyers, consumer protection lawyer, employment protection lawyer, international trade lawyer and international contract lawyer in both civil and common law systems.
