Summary: C&A made easier to understand
Comment: As a 1st year, C&A Law went over my head: Dicey, Hobbs, Rosseau, Royal Prerogative, written vs unwritten Constitution and the notion of Parliamentary Sovereignty in a time when EU Law (in practice) challenges the supremacy of Parliament. Arrrgghhh!

I was enroute to a Fail or at best a 3rd (if I was really lucky) before Law Express. Having this book to revise for my exams, I attained a 2:1. And I go to a world-class university too!
