Comment: This book is a must for anyone involved in Adjudication. John takes the reader through the whole process from start to finish in an interesting and painless manner. John Reynolds writing stile is very readable with each step explained in every day terms with the minimum of legal jargon. He has the ability to capture the reader's attention by raising the sort of practical questions most readers would find themselves asking, and then providing the answers. It draws on a significant background of case history that has shaped the construction act, and the various procedures are enforced by the courts. As an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Adjudication/Arbitration student I would recommend this book to any construction professional.
