Summary: Merits and omissions
Comment: Javaid Rehmann's book has the merit of being the newest on the market and of taking a fresh look on issues post Sept. 11 2001. However, it is sadly out of date concerning the mechanisms of the Human Rights Commission. It is hard to understand why such a renowned scholar would have missed fundamental changes in procedures, such as the 1503 procedure, which pre-date Sept. 11 2001.
