Comment: Quite easily one of the better liabilities books available and deserves a 4 star minimum. Although this book is aimed at the US market, the general topics and pointers can be used by any ISP across the globe. Irrespective of geographical location ISP's operate in, they are beginning to be exposed to thorny legal issues. ISP liability makes the reader aware of the aspects that leave ISP wide open and the points to steps that can mitigate the legal risks. CEO's and General Managers of ISPs both large and small should buy this book as an introduction and a reference guide to the legal pitfalls they could face. Another good product from the Wiley stable.
