Comment: This book is absolutely fantastic! I would recommend it to any film-buff who needs either help with their film studies lessons, or someone simply dipping into the world of films as a topic of conversation and an interest. This book is insightful and is filled with some really wonderful and thought-provoking theories on film and how it has a social impact on our lives. I have used many a good quote from Graeme Turner in my film studies coursework because this book really is useful!
