Summary: Definitive Collection of Legislation
Comment: Insolvency is a very difficult field impacting on many areas of Law. This book manages to pull all the legislation together into one very heavy tome but it is in no way a commentary on the law. You will need to go elsewhere for that.however it is a must have for any practitioner or student of the subject

Comment: Strangely also bought books by Metallica! Firstly I didn't know that Metallica even wrote books, being more famous as those hard drinking heavy rockers that they are. Secondly, I wonder if this curious connection extends to all heavy metal, or just Metallica?Anyway- this book is obviously the core text for anyone interested in insolvency. Rock on.
