Summary: Excellent synopsis of constitutional law
Comment: This is an excellent synopsis and introduction to constitutional law. This small and unassuming book contains a subtle and fascinating account of English constitutional law. This is a perfect companion to some of the big guns like Dicey, Ivor Jennings, Bogdanor, Colin Munro and Bradley and Ewing.
