Comment: A very useful book as introductory/background reading for undergraduate students.A very up to date book. It provides reliable, concise, value for money coverage of key legal disciplines. Each title identifies the fundamental principles and concentrated on the most important topics and enables student to build by further reference to cases and law reports and statutes.
